The Aalto Fellows Program (AFP) started with an intense day on Monday, followed by a little barbeque and socializing at Startup Sauna in the evening. AFP is a six-month study and work program designed to develop understanding of the techniques for growing companies. The Fellows will have intensive lecture days, mentoring and a special summer job in a startup/venture capital company.
”We spent all of the day today going through our personal DiSC analysis, which was very fruitful! Not only did we dive deep into our own personal being, but also into the different qualities of others. Without these kind of tools it would be next to impossible to function as a team, not to mention as a team leader.” said Anthony Jones, one of the Aalto Fellows 2014, about their first intensive day.
