Buying behavior is the decision processes and acts of people involved in buying and using products. Antti Erävaara will be with us with an interactive workshop to explain the processes to understand those behaviors and how to create products to fulfil customer needs. Important part is also to understand the sales activities to match the buying behavior in a context of a startup.
