Experience the journey of founding a startup together with your team. From ideation and team building to identifying a meaningful problem and developing a solution, at Entrepreneurship Lab you will follow the steps of successful early-stage startup teams.

The goals of the course

  1. Identify Your Passion: Discover what drives you to make a difference.
  2. Develop Best Practices: Learn to validate problems, solutions, and markets.
  3. Agile Prototyping: Build and test solutions using agile methods.
  4. Market and Financial Understanding: Apply principles of market estimation, business models, value propositions, and financial forecasting for early-stage startups.
  5. Startup Planning and Execution: Plan and execute your startup journey.
  6. Reflect and Improve: Incorporate feedback into your learning and experience.
  7. Communication Skills: Learn how to pitch and sell your ideas effectively.
  8. Build Resilience and Trust: Practice resilience and build trust within your team.
  9. Initiative and Recovery: Learn to take initiative and recover from failures.

Teaching methods

Teaching is done through workshops, short lectures, guest lecturers, teamwork and discussion.

As a student in Entrepreneurship Lab, you are encouraged to communicate and engage with course instructors and guest lecturers proactively. Frequent meetings and discussions are highly encouraged.

Special note

There will be compulsory attendance. Course instructors will facilitate teamwork reflection meetings outside normal course hours. Be mindful of your own timetable and schedule to fit the course hours and requirements.
