Join this Good Life Engine workshop to gain concrete tools for overcoming your anxiety habits. We’ll introduce and work with several tools for reducing anxiety, overcoming stress, and understanding how to transform our studies and work into moments of growth. We’ll also talk about flow, hygge, silence, and living in the moment.
The workshop is run by the teachers of the Good Life Engine course from Aalto Ventures Program.
