Thought Leader’s Talk — TLT amongst friends — used to be AVP’s flagship talk series, now evolved into Bigger Shoes. We did, and still do, bring in people, who we believe can inspire you to become a better version of yourself.
They might have decades of experience in leadership and entrepreneurship, or they might have just founded their first company, but they all have achieved something extraordinary, and they all have stories worth sharing. Whether it’s a lesson on running one of the biggest corporations in Finland or best practices for recruiting your first team members, we guarantee you’ll always leave having learned something new.
Even though we sometimes bring in big names, we always want to keep things relaxed. After the talk, there’s a Q&A session where you can ask any questions that came to your mind during the talk. We also encourage our speakers to stay a bit after the official session, so you’ll get the chance to have a more casual chat with them, possibly even one-on-one. And who knows, maybe you can get a selfie with them too?
