Good Life Engine: Humanely sustainable living

Event info

One of the biggest challenges in modern society is the cost of mental health and social problems. In Finland alone, we’re talking billions of euros lost every year because we’re so far removed from what we need and who we truly are.

In this GLE open session, organizational psychologist Ville Ojanen will talk about leading a humanely sustainable life. He has a Ph.D. in cognitive neuroscience and a rather unique approach to thinking about life and the world we live in. Ville’s thinking is based on the kind of brain we humans have — what are the biological necessities that we need? By focusing on connections and how we relate to ourselves, nature, and each other, we can start living more sustainably in a humane way.

Good Life Engine is an AVP course that helps you develop habits and routines for a more balanced life. The monthly workshops are open to all and free to attend.
