How are your mind, brain, and body connected? How to take care of all three to optimize sports performance, recovery, and overall wellbeing? Join this Good Life Engine open session to learn!
The session is run by Stefano Tirelli – a professor of sports sciences at the Università Cattolica Milano, an internationally renowned trainer, a writer and sports commentator, and the creator of the Complementary Sports Techniques (CST) method. He has founded his own CST center in Milano and has traveled the world for over thirty years working with many international sports teams and players (like David Beckham, Alessandro Del Piero, John Terry, Steven Gerrard, Micheal Essien, Stevan Jovetic) as a CST specialist.
Complementary Sports Techniques is a method that scientifically unites western and eastern knowledge of well-being in order to promote better athletic performance, prevent injuries or reduce recovery time. In this method, the athlete is supported in his physical, mental as well as energetic potential.
During this workshop, Stefano Tirelli will introduce the CST method in detail and share how you can promote your own wellbeing through the three elements: mind, body, and energetic system. You will also be guided through some practical exercises and learn how to use them in your life.
The event is held online via Zoom. The Zoom link will be shared here closer to the event. To stay updated about the latest event info, follow our Facebook event.
